Tifany Boyles is a Philanthropic Strategist at Fidelity Charitable®, an independent 501(c)(3) public charity that has helped donors support more than 406,000 nonprofit organizations with nearly $84.5 billion in grants. The mission of Fidelity Charitable® is to grow the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving accessible, simple, and effective.

Tifany joined Fidelity Charitable in 2024. As a Philanthropic Strategist with the Private Donor Group, Tifany partners with funders to help identify and align their values with their giving and design effective giving practices that elevate social impact and create sustainable change. Tifany has a passion for strengthening the social sector through building thoughtful giving strategies, purposeful partnerships, and environments for learning and engagement. Giving can be transformational for the funder, the beneficiary, and the community when done with purpose and care.

Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable, Tifany owned a philanthropic consulting firm called Red Philanthropy where she and her team focused on both domestic and international giving on behalf of high-net-worth clients. Previously, she was a vice president with CCS, the largest consulting firm in the world serving nonprofit clients, and has served in advising or grantmaking for the majority of her 20-year career.
