Margaret Mitchell serves as CEO of YWCA*USA, a nonprofit organization that supports nearly 200 local associations providing direct services, collaboration, and advocacy in communities across the United States focused on eliminating racism, empowering women, health and safety—including emergency and supportive housing. Margaret received a BA with honors in Mass Communications from Hampton Institute (an HBCU) and recently attended Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School.
